I am still in the middle of that debate: locs or not. I wear braids all the time and I figure locs are the same (somewhat). I am in Baltimore too so maybe I will go check her out.

i want my hair to loc, but i have a very soft grain of hair, what do you think i should do because this will be my 4th time trying to do it ( havent given up yet )
